Sony needed to recruit the very best global talent but their recruitment eco-system was fragmented. As a company, Sony did not have a coherent recruitment website to present the brand to potential recruits. We created an engaging global platform that consistently and coherently present the Sony brand.
We created an inspiring global hub to showcase the career possibilities within Sony.
Based on Sony’s brand principles we created a simple but impactful recruitment site that set the style and tone of voice for the global platform.
The Team was asked to create a platform for global recruitment that presented a consistent view of Sony to potential recruits.
Through workshops with graduates and new recruits we identified Innovation, Global Opportunities and Learning and Development as key drivers for these users.
The Team really took the time to understand our objectives which rapidly became an attractive SEL careers portal. And what’s more, it’s delivering on its objectives.
