Friday night saw The Team donning their best outfits and joining client RBS at the annual Institute of Internal Communications Awards.
The cream of the UK’s internal communication profession gathered at Shakespeare’s Globe to celebrate and recognise the best in the business at Europe’s oldest awards for the industry.
We did not come away disappointed, picking up two class winners awards for the RBS ‘Determined to make a difference’ campaign: Best Financial/ Corporate Communication Campaign, as well as the award for Integrated Media–Design.
On winning the Best Financial award, the Judges’ commented that RBS’s ‘Determined to make a difference’ campaign was “an engaging and modern campaign that has seen a lot of success – its extensive year-long planning is core to this”. Additionally, we were delighted to hear that the judges felt our entry for Integrated Media – Design was “a great example of a single, standout approach to design across a range of media which adds up to a memorable integrated campaign”.
IoIC awards chair Justine Stevenson said: “This year’s entries were of an incredibly high standard. Class winners and award of excellence winners can truly celebrate ‘greatness’ and be proud of their achievement.”
