The Team have won the opportunity to provide digital services on the Crown Commercial Service Digital Marketplace framework.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) brings together policy, advice and direct buying; providing commercial services to the public sector and saving money for the taxpayer.
With over 17,000 customer organisations in the public sector, CCS services are provided by more than 5,000 suppliers across multiple capabilities.
Following a competitive tender in late 2016,The Team have secured the opportunity to offer digital service design and product design, UX and content capabilities on the Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists government roster.
Having successfully overhauled the customer and brand experience of state-owned savings bank NS&I’s digital platforms over the last three years, The Team looks forward to working with other government organisations through the marketplace.
