The Team is proud to announce Clare Wilson’s promotion to Creative Director.
Clare, who has been a Creative Lead at The Team for 10 years, steps into the new role which will see her shape the agency’s creative agenda, the overall creative output of the studio, and the mentoring and well-being of all designers. She will work to ensure that the highest possible standards of creativity are encouraged, conceived and delivered to clients that both meet and exceed expectations.

“I am delighted to step into my new role at The Team,” said Clare. “Having worked at the agency for over 10 years, I am eager to champion and oversee our creative output and ensure that it delivers on the expectations of our clients and the goals and aspirations of our agency.”
David Recchia, Executive Creative Director at The Team, said: “Clare will thrive as Creative Director at The Team. Our client mix and diversity of briefs creates an apt platform for her brilliance to shine. She has a breadth of experience across brand-building, brand campaigns and shaping employer brands.
