Nicki is an experienced editor, journalist and copywriter, specialising in creating regular communications in print, online and on social media.

She heads the content team, with a particular focus on ensuring that content is engaging, researched, accurate, and always channel and audience-optimised.

Nicki trained as a sub-editor at Financial Times magazines, joined the newsdesk at a weekly newspaper, and then moved into custom publishing.

She has more than 25 years’ experience as a journalist and editor in sectors ranging from personal finance to transport, chocolate (yes, chocolate) to policing and security, and theme parks to plumbing and heating.
