Kevin is the Managing Director of The Team and an Operational Director of Writtle Holdings Limited. He has overall responsibility for the strategic development and direction of The Team and client accounts with a focus on fun, fame and fortune for the agency. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Kevin has over 30 years’ experience drawn from both client and agency side. He has been influential in leading, managing, consulting and planning brand-building and market-orientated programmes, communications and strategies for clients harnessing The Team’s award-winning Proposition Engineering framework and methodology. Kevin’s successes have seen him work in a variety of sectors including financial services, tech, telco, aviation, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, engineering and education.
Kevin has led clients in both the private and public sector including American Express Card Services, Lloyds TSB, Lloyds Private Bank, Aon, BT, Cable & Wireless, Capita, G4S, Govia Thameslink Railway, Southeastern, Go-Ahead, NS&I (National Savings & Investments), Microsoft (UK), Rentokil Initial, Vodafone, Virgin and Wolseley UK.
His achievements include the leadership development and strategy for building the Gas Safe™ Register brand for Capita, which won Gold at the 2009 and 2014 DBA awards; and the BECTA Home Awareness campaign, which won Bronze in the 2010 DBA awards.
