Elena joined The Team in 2010 having worked client side in the public and commercial sector. As Programme Director, Elena’s focus is to help drive the successful delivery of every project bringing brilliant and passionate teams together to make things happen. She has over 15 years’ experience managing brand experience projects, large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and employee engagement communications programmes for commercial, public, government and charity sectors. It’s Elena’s ultimate priority to ensure that all clients feel totally informed and engaged, through a transparent and open relationship complemented by strong project governance.
Elena is always working with project teams, making sure everything is covered in detail. She will question the project goals and ensure delivery of an end product that clients both want and need. She will work with her team to deliver and guide a simple and clear plan of action to ensure we deliver brilliantly for you, aligned to our ISO 9001 quality assured ways of working.
Elena loves every challenge, big or small. She has been integral to the project planning and management of award-winning programmes of work for RBS, Gas Safe and English Heritage. It’s Elena’s passion to understand every brief and make sure that her team of project management experts work collaboratively with project teams to provide a brilliant experience for every client.
