Cliff leads our Employee Engagement and Employer Brand initiatives at The Team, alongside managing our internal sales and marketing efforts.

He writes extensively about the future of work, blended working practices, brand strategy and how to engage people at work. He is also a regular contributor to Branding Mag and has been a visiting lecturer at Warwick University for creativity in business modules.

Cliff has collaborated with major clients like NatWest, Colt, IBM, and Mars. He helps businesses understand how to engage employees around a multitude of issues.
