Creating a professional development programme for public service professionals
The brief
Good design can make communication more effective, but commissioning effective design is a complex business. Together with the COI and the Design Council, the Design Business Association (DBA) has created a unique training programme that helps people make the most of their design projects. The workshops intend to show that creativity and effectiveness are not mutually exclusive.
The solution
"Design Does It" is a series of workshops aimed at helping communications specialists in the public sector get the most out of design. We have developed the whole idea, content, structure, brand name, messaging and integrated marketing materials for the programme.
Julian Grice, MD of The Team, has initiated, directed and led this ambitious programme, on behalf of the DBA, that puts design at the heart of government.
