The brief
Capita has one of the biggest people-resourcing capabilities in the UK. Last year they placed over 20,000 people, handled over 500,000 candidate enquiries and ran over 2.000 recruitment campaigns and 5,000 assessment events. Its four specialist people-resourcing businesses have now formed Capita Resourcing.
We were asked not only to look at a refreshed identity but also to look at the company's market positioning and offer.
The solution
Our challenge was to move away from an established internal structure and focus on customers' business needs. By developing a distinctive identity to help them stand out in a noisy marketplace, we also enabled the newly-merged company to focus on a broader portfolio of services, expertise and experience than as individual divisions. Everyone agreed that this was a win-win situation.
Testing new marketing collateral at conferences has helped to confirm this was the right move.
