Projecting a confident message to audiences
The brief
An independent body created by the Home Office, the Security Industry Authority has the responsibility to monitor and regulate the security industry and improve its public and business image. We were briefed to launch this new organisation online in April 2003 and we designed and developed the website to be one of the first major communication channels that expressed the brand.
The solution
The site was designed to meet the new brand guidelines and around a bespoke content management system so that the Web Manager has the ability to create news stories, post job vacancies and create, edit and send email newsletters. Users are also able to subscribe online for these newsletters. In phase two we have developed an online registration form to work together with a direct mail campaign.
We have provided consultancy on areas of database integration and are currently redeveloping the FAQ section of the site to include a search engine facility as well as a CMS for this area.
